What was the highlight of Le Touché Hotel

Not Bad to stay for alone

The staff is very quite friendly when you need a help. When you need a weight measurement or guide to the place. The location is near to the train station when you from the airport. If you walk from the hotel to the central world it will take a 10-15min walk. Outside the hotel a lot of roadside food to eat and massage shop.

The room is not clean, When I first get into the room, the curtain stain all the water mark on the curtain, and midnight there has a heavy rain, I'm staying on the top floor, the water was linking in from the window to my bed and my bed was wet.

Awesome

The staff were friendly and nice, always there to help us. And if we were in the lobby they will chat with us. however the cleanliness is just normal. it is really very value for money, and downstairs are ful of street food and all are cheap and delicious

Tolerable

Cheap hotel in a decent location in Bangkok... close to the metro and shopping. Big shower.

The room has no window. Mattress was hard. Our headboard was held together with masking tape. Bedroom was quite dirty; I don't know if the walls & baseboards have ever been washed. Fine for one night, but wouldn't stay here again.

I appriciated with pink color room :)) Amenities are enough for budget travel like me & friends :) Good location because of i am food lover , and the hotel near almost market & spa , shoppinv center i want.

The property is at the heart of Pratunam which is near to...

The property is at the heart of Pratunam which is near to the Pratunam market and Platinum Mall.

The bed is really hard which is very uncomfortable and the toilet have a bit of a pungent smell. The hotel is located at a really small alley. So it is difficult for cars to go in.

Budget hotel .... hard to find

It was in a central location close to a night market and plenty of good cheap restaurants. Very close to the city line from the airport so cheap and easy travel.

The description and map on the site are not very accurate. I found it very hard to locate from the directions. If you are arriving by skytrain ignore the instructions. Instead when you get to street level keep the railway tracks on your left hand side and walk along the side street till it narrows to a path. follow the path for a few yards and in forks. take the left fork and cross the railway track. turn right and after a few yards you will come across a narrow alley on your left. take the alley (yes its safe) and follow for about 100 yards. as the road widens the hotel will be found on the left hand side.

They made me pay 200 baht for towels cause it caught some colour. 200 baht is not a fair price. Thats now how much laundry people would charge them.

What was the highlight of Le Touché Hotel

Good location. Rate can change.

Comfortable bed. Shower quite big as well, not the typical Thai shower in which there's no shower at all. Very close to Ratchaprarop. Station, reason why I booked the hotel.

Staff very serious. Cleanliness could be better. The rate is not the one Booking.com announces. They charge 5% commission if you pay using a credit card.

Not a 3 star hotel, more like 1/2 star hotel

The only good thing is that the hotel is close to street food stands and market

The room smelled like toilet. No pillow case on first night. No regular cleaning service. The lobby was too messy. The reception lady was not very polite. It is extremely hard to hire grab or uber taxi in the area because of crowded market. The hotel shouldn't be called 3 stars at all. I wonder if it even deserves 1 star.
